By creating an account or using Cozii you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Cozii.
Who can use Cozii
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Your account
Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity in your account and in household spaces you own, including who you invite and what permissions you give them.
Your content and other people's information
You keep ownership of everything you add. You let us store and process it only to provide Cozii to you and your household. If you add information about other people, such as family members, children or household staff, you confirm you have the right to do so and have told them, as required by the laws that apply to you.
Household staff and money features
Payroll, wage reminders, contracts, budgets, splits and other money figures are organising tools. They are not financial, tax, legal or employment advice, and Cozii is not a party to any employment arrangement. You are responsible for meeting the laws that apply to you, such as minimum wage, holiday allowances (for example THR in Indonesia), contracts and record keeping.
Acceptable use
Don't use Cozii for anything unlawful, to harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone, to share content you don't have the right to share, or to try to access data you aren't permitted to see. Household owners can remove members, and we may suspend accounts that break these rules. To report a problem, email coziisandbox@gmail.com.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Cozii reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change or stop features. If we change these terms in an important way we'll update this page and its date; continuing to use Cozii means you accept the updated terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Cozii is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or earnings, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (currently nothing, as Cozii is free). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Ending your use
You can stop using Cozii and delete your account at any time in the app.
Apple
If you downloaded Cozii from the App Store, these terms are between you and Cozii, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for Cozii and is not responsible for any claims about it.
